Zarina Volkova (XX-XXI) - Il sogno - Omaggio a Picasso

A painting depicting a sleeping female figure on a red armchair, rendered with soft, curvilinear shapes and the vivid colors typical of Picasso's cubist language. The face, divided into two parts as in the famous original composition, and the body deconstructed into flat blocks of color (purple, yellow, green, white) directly recall 'Le Rêve' by Pablo Picasso. In the background, a green paneled wall and a golden lozenge motif complete the setting.
