Toutes les enchères / Autres / Wine glass (6) - Glass - Twisted Green Foot
Magnificent set of six vintage green glass goblets, about 18 cm tall, characterized by an elegant wide, rounded chalice silhouette that contrasts with their slender, transparent glass stems. Especially striking is the work of the spirally twisted feet, which impart lightness and movement to the design and culminate in a small faceted decoration under each goblet. The intense emerald green of the goblets, together with the transparency of the stems and bases, creates an elegant play of color and light that markedly enhances the set. For their shapes and decorative conception, they respond to the Mid-Century aesthetic of the second half of the 20th century, probably the 1960s–1970s, a period in which colored glassware with vibrant hues gained particular prominence in European design. The six pieces retain a high uniformity of color and design and are in very good overall condition, with no chips or cracks, maintaining a lovely shine. An elegant set of vintage glassware, with a strong decorative presence, especially attractive for both collection and to dress a Mid-Century-inspired table. Approximate height of each goblet: 18 cm. Set consisting of 6 pieces.
