This natural cabochon displays a spectrum of colors with remarkable intensity: electric greens, emeralds, yellows, and reds burst against a golden background speckled with flashes that change with every angle of light. The colors are vivid and contrasted, signature of the most expressive Welo opals. Provenance: Welo Region, world reference for opal since the 2000s. Lithotherapy: A stone of creativity and emotion, opal is associated with the sacral chakra and the crown chakra. It amplifies artistic expression, fosters spontaneity, and invites embracing change with lightness. Care: Welo opal is a hydrophane stone; it absorbs water. Avoid repeated contact with water, perfumes, and household cleaners, to prevent irreversible internal microfissures. Ethiopian opal has the characteristic of quickly changing appearance depending on the intensity and nature of the light that illuminates it.
