Walt Disney - Original Animation Drawing Merryweather - Sleeping Beauty (1959)

Sleeping Beauty (Walt Disney, 1959) Merryweather Animation Drawing Merryweather, the shortest (and feistiest!) of the three good fairies, honors us with her presence in this animation drawing from Sleeping Beauty. This picture was created for the scene that takes place starting at the 5:21 mark of the timeless Disney classic, as the fairy makes her entrance on the birth celebration of Princess Aurora. Rendered in graphite and colored pencil on the 16-field animation sheets, numbered on the bottom right corner. Normal age-related toning can be seen on the drawing. In Very Good condition with minor handling and edge wear from production.
