Chinese Qingbai Molded Vase China, Southern Song–Yuan dynasty (1127–1368) A finely shaped Chinese Qingbai porcelain vase, featuring a globular body rising to a cylindrical neck with an everted rim, supported by a tall, slightly flared foot. The body is decorated with molded horizontal bands, while the shoulder is adorned with a pair of monster-mask handles suspending fixed rings. The entire vase is covered in a delicate pale blue-green Qingbai glaze, leaving the lower part of the foot and the base unglazed. The subtle blue-green glaze and molded decoration are characteristic of Qingbai wares produced during the Song and Yuan dynasties, prized for their refined forms and understated elegance.
