Vase - Porcelain - China - Vase Mille Fleurs (No reserve price)

an exceptional and authentic pair of large baluster porcelain vases from China, bearing the famous "Mille Fleurs" (Baohua) pattern. Unlike modern industrial copies, this pair stands out for its very high quality craftsmanship, entirely handmade and painted with a brush. On close inspection of the pattern, one can discern the finesse of the black outlines applied by hand to delineate each petal, as well as the richness of the nuances of the Rose Medallion enamels (peonies, chrysanthemums, lotuses) filling the background with gold. The pair offers a superb symmetry effect, ideal for collectors and enthusiasts of high-end interior decoration. • Style / Pattern: Rose Enamels – 100% hand-painted with a brush (no screen printing or transfer). • Mark under the base: Red square seal of the Qianlong Emperor (Qianlong Nian Zhi), apocryphal mark of traditional respect specific to this period. • Dimensions: Height 31 cm. • Condition: Superb condition. No flaws, no chips, no restorations. The colors and the gilding are magnificent.
