Vase (3) - Alabaster, Onyx - cream, honey and pale green.

Very beautiful vintage decorative set consisting of three pieces in polished natural stone, in cream, honey and pale green tones. The lot includes : a honey-colored carved vase, still bearing its original label “ALABASTROS HERNA – MADE IN SPAIN”, height about 14 cm, weight 688 g ; an elegant slender bud vase in translucent cream stone, richly worked with carved decoration ; a footed bowl in pale green translucent stone, height 16 cm, weight 524 g. The different stones show very pretty nuances, veining and natural transparencies. The pieces are turned and sculpted with several relief decorations, notably botanical and geometric motifs. Probably made in Spain in the second half of the 20th century, in a decorative style typical of the alabaster and onyx productions of that period. Condition: good overall vintage condition. Light signs of age and small natural irregularities may be present. Please carefully observe the photographs, which are an integral part of the description.
