Toutes les enchères / Autres / Vanessa Bonino - Sculpture, Luxury bull - 21 cm - Majolica - 2026
A refined contemporary ceramic wall sculpture signed by the artist Vanessa Bonino. The work depicts a bull's head sculpted with great mastery and expressive sensitivity. The surface is embellished with a glossy glazed finish in a vibrant and sophisticated shade of aqua green / jade green, creating evocative plays of light and reflections that highlight every anatomical detail, from the contour of the snout to the texture on the top of the head. A unique piece of art with a strong visual impact, capable of fusing the symbolic power of the animal with modern and elegant design. Perfect for collectors and for enriching prestigious spaces. It will be shipped in a sturdy package with an authenticity certificate. Vanessa Bonino (Turin, 1992) is a contemporary artist whose current research focuses on the plastic force of material sculpture. Trained in the cultural fervor of Turin, Bonino has evolved her eclectic style toward an original synthesis between ceramic tradition and digital languages. Her latest productions attest to a deep experimentation with terracotta and glazed ceramic, where ancestral forms — such as the bull or carp figure — are reinterpretated through low-poly geometries or expressive, dynamic models. Her stylistic signature is distinguished by the deft use of shimmering cold patinas and vitreous glazes, capable of transforming earth into surfaces vibrantly lit with light and color. Addressing themes related to nature and the metamorphosis of matter, Bonino creates works that are at once solid and fluid, inviting the viewer to reflect on the boundary between the archaic and the future. Her ongoing ascent in the Italian contemporary art scene is confirmed by an increasingly solid presence in private collections and dynamic exhibition contexts.
