Valdi - La mujer del sombrero blanco - XL

The Woman with the White Hat In The Woman with the White Hat, Valdi builds an image around mystery and presence. The large hat almost completely hides the protagonist’s gaze, letting the gesture of her hand, the red lips, and the tilt of her head suggest her inner state. The figure appears surrounded by flowers, but she does not disappear among them. On the contrary, the deep black of the dress and the luminous white of the hat create an elegant and decisive presence. The red bow introduces an accent that echoes in the lips and deliberately breaks the serenity of the composition. There is something reserved about this woman, a story that the painting decides not to reveal in full. Valdi uses precisely that absence — the face partly hidden, the gaze we cannot find — to leave room for the viewer’s imagination. The scene can belong to a moment of waiting, a memory, or simply one of those instants when someone seems to detach from the world around them. The Woman with the White Hat combines femininity, mystery, and a marked graphical strength in a work conceived to have an immediate presence in space and, at the same time, to preserve something that is only slowly revealed. Original and unique work, created and signed by Valdi. It is delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
