Towel (6) - 115 cm - 70 cm - Vintage set 100% cotton

I’m putting up for auction a set of 6 vintage towels NEW, NEVER USED, NEVER WASHED, from the 1940s (1940). They are 100% double cotton (packed), of superior quality craftsmanship characteristic of that era. They were a wedding gift from my grandmother. They have always been kept. They feature a Flemish/fiandra-style weave — honeycomb. A Greek key along the entire perimeter, and at the ends an openwork motif. Beautiful complete vintage set — a historical collectible, ALL NEW.
