Tiffany & Co. Bowl in 925 Silver - Rare Historical Relic / Institutional Gift to Romano Prodi (Brown University) An exceptional collectible piece that merges the prestige of Tiffany & Co.'s fine silver with contemporary political history. This is a bowl in sterling silver 925 (stamped "AG 925 Italy"), weighing 182 grams with a diameter of about 13 cm. The item is an official institutional gift, unique in its kind, commissioned by the renowned American university Brown University, and presented to former Italian Prime Minister and former President of the European Commission, Romano Prodi. On the side of the bowl is the following high-precision original inscription:"With appreciation to Romano Prodi - Watson Institute - Brown University - 2009-2013" (The inscription celebrates the period during which President Prodi held the academic role of Professor-at-Large at the institute).
