Tichelaar Makkum - Fruit bowl - Delftware - Hand-painted Fruittest

This object is the upper bowl of a hand-painted fruit tester (or strawberry tester) from Koninklijke Tichelaar Makkum. The perforated earthenware with the characteristic blue decoration is designed to rinse fresh fruit, such as strawberries, and serve it directly.
