Thomson MO5 - Computer (3)

Set of three French Thomson MO5 personal computers from the 1980s. The lot includes: * 1 Thomson MO5 with grey mechanical keyboard * 2 Thomson MO5s with rubber keys (black) * 2 copies of the book “Le guide du MO5” * 1 power supply unit * Several video/Péritel cables and connecting cables visible in the photographs The devices show normal signs of age, use and storage: dust, superficial marks and cosmetic wear. The keyboards and casings appear generally complete. Please study the photographs carefully, which are an integral part of the description. [CHOOSE A SINGLE MEMENT] Option 1 — Not tested: The computers have not been tested recently. They are therefore offered as-is, without any warranty of operation, for collection, restoration or parts. Option 2 — Tested: The three computers have been plugged in and start up correctly. No in-depth testing of ports, sound, keyboards or other functions has been performed. Option 3 — Mixed results: One computer has been tested and starts up correctly. The other two have not been tested. No in-depth testing has been performed. The Thomson MO5, marketed from 1984, is an iconic computer in French computing and the “Informatique pour tous” program. The grey model with the mechanical keyboard is a particularly interesting variant for a collection devoted to 1980s microcomputing. The lot will be carefully packed, with the devices protected separately. Tracked shipping.
