Toutes les enchères / Autres / Table lamp - Brass, Crystal - Murano Design
It is a lamp of Italian design that fully breathes the spirit of Art Nouveau, where the organic line becomes structure and the light turns into an almost floral gesture. The piece combines a sculptural body in bronze or brass, worked with that vegetal sensuality typical of the style: stems that rise with a curved movement, leaves that unfold as if they sprang from the metal, and a base that anchors the composition without taking away its lightness. Everything about it seems to grow, expand, seek the light. The Murano glass tulip shade provides the perfect counterpoint: hand-worked glass, with that satin finish that softens the illumination and a tinted edge that accentuates its floral bell shape. It is a shade that embodies the Venetian tradition of artistic glass, where each piece is unique, with small variations that reveal the work of the master glassmaker. In this case, the damaged part introduces a note of history: a mark of the times that does not diminish beauty, but adds authenticity, reminding us that Murano is delicate, alive, and that every hit or crack is part of its material biography. Taken together, the lamp is a dialogue between organic metal and artisanal glass, a perfect synthesis of Italian Art Nouveau: stylized nature, exquisite craftsmanship and a decorative presence that transforms any space. A piece that, even with its small wound in the shade, retains all the luminous poetry of its era. Traced shipping and careful packaging.
