Suske en Wiske TV-48 - Het rijmende Paard - 1 Album - First edition - 1963

Suske en Wiske is a Belgian comic series by Willy Vandersteen. The series has run since 1945. From 1958 to 1967 the new stories and reprints were no longer printed in black and white but with black and tones in red and brown. This series is known as the ‘two-color series’. From 1967 everything appeared definitively in full color. The story "Het Rijmende Paard" from 1963 is the FIRST EDITION. The album has 56 pages, measures 26 x 20 cm, and weighs 170 grams. The condition is good. There are some scuff marks on the spine and the corners/edges show some wear. The pages were bound in groups (ribbons) and glued into the cover in that way. One of the binding ribbons is broken (see last photo). but this does not affect the strength of the pages in the book block. The book block is unmarked and nice. A spot on the last page at the spine has become thinner due to the glue (see detail photo). My photos supplement and form part of the description of the condition. Combined shipping is possible. Please also view my other active auctions. I always package the items very carefully.
