Suiko - Table service for 12 (52) - Porcelain - Blue and peach floral

Splendid and Elegant 12-Person Dinner Service in Premium Japanese Porcelain SUIKO - Geometric-Floral Blue and Peach Model with Gold Gilding - 52 Pieces - Like New (Never Used) Description of the Lot: Up for auction is a refined and sumptuous complete dinner service for 12, produced by the famous Japanese porcelain manufacturer Suiko (Fine Porcelain of Japan) in the second half of the 20th century. The service stands out for its eclectic, highly charming retro design: the edge of the plates combines a cobalt blue geometric inner border with gold diamonds to a rich peach band, magnificently decorated with medallions featuring stylized floral motifs in pink and salmon tones. All 52 pieces are adorned with an elegant perimeter and edge gilding in fine gold, giving the set a unique shine and class. The porcelain quality is immediately recognizable to the touch and in backlight for the extraordinary lightness and delicate translucency typical of the best historical Nippon export productions. The exceptional peculiarity of this set is the presence of a double flat plate, ideal for serving antipasto (or the second course) separately, maintaining the table’s formal harmony. The service comprises a total of 52 pieces: • 24 Dinner plates (gilded with fine gold) 27.50 cm • 12 Soup/appetizer plates (gilded with fine gold) 23.20 cm x 4 cm high • 12 Appetizer/dessert plates (gilded with fine gold) 19.50 cm • 1 Large tureen with lid and domed knob entirely gilded with fine gold 33 cm x 22 cm high • 1 Salad bowl (gilded with fine gold) 26.50 x 7 cm high • 1 Large round serving plate (gilded with fine gold) 30.20 cm • 1 Small oval serving plate (gilded with fine gold) 23.20 x 16.80 cm Impeccable, like new. The service comes from a precious wedding list/warehouse stock kept protected over time. It has never been used, not dishwasher-damaged, or exposed to air. The gilded edges and details are 100% intact (no scratches or discoloration), the peach and cobalt blue colors are vivid and bright, and the porcelain shows no chipping, cracking, or signs of age. A unique opportunity for collectors or for anyone wishing to acquire a formal, high-class complete set, ready to elevate the most important tables or to make an exclusive gift. Shipment note: The lot will be professionally and monumentally packaged to the highest standards (box-in-box method with abundant thick protective material) to guarantee absolute integrity of every single piece during international transport.
