Intaglio embroidery is famous for its delicacy, lightness, and transparency: an art handed down from generation to generation that requires precision, patience, and extraordinary manual skill. The technique consists of transferring to the fabric a drawing created specifically to achieve, in the end, a wide transparency resembling lace. The entire design is outlined with a double or triple stitch to give support to the fabric so it does not fray, then the joining bars between the various motifs are created. Table service for 12 place settings. Dimensions: 175 x 260 cm. Tabletop and drop with rich intaglio, adorned with full-stitch embroidery. Fabric: 100% Dutch linen Color: white Hand-embroidered intaglio tablecloth Includes 12 napkins 100% Dutch linen This masterpiece, executed entirely by hand, represents an investment in the value of Italian craftsmanship and becomes a heritage piece to be handed down, capable of preserving its beauty through generations.
