The Sony TC-RX50 is an advanced single-cassette deck with auto-reverse, released by Sony around 1988. The deck is known for its solid mechanical construction and high-quality sound reproduction. In addition, a more luxurious variant was also released at the time under Sony's high-end audio line, the TC-RX50ES. Super-Bias: Dynamic adjustment of the premagnetization (bias-frequency shift) for better recordings in the high frequencies. Display & Control: Equipped with a digital FL tube display (fluid level indication) and smooth touch button control. Functions: Auto-Space Rec Mute (for automatic silences between songs), autoplay and a headphone jack. Technical Details Frequency range: 30 Hz to 18,000 Hz (±3 dB) when using a Metal tape.
