Somewhere in between pink and purple by Nestor Toro Painting 18.0 x 24.0 :: Introducing ""Somewhere in Between Pink and Purple "" an original abstract painting by the established artist Nestor Toro a creator whose work captivates with its emotional depth and vibrant expression. Measuring a refined 18 x 24 inches this intimate canvas is perfectly sized to bring a touch of sophistication and intrigue to any collector’s space. Nestor Toro’s style in this piece reflects the lyrical essence of abstract expressionism drawing inspiration from the atmospheric color fields of Mark Rothko and the gestural spontaneity of Helen Frankenthaler. The composition features a rich tapestry of layered brushstrokes and drips creating a textured surface that feels both fluid and deliberate. This approach evokes a sense of transition and ambiguity inviting viewers to explore the delicate balance between the titular pink and purple hues. Expressive modern landscape created with ""iridescent"" paint. To explain iridescent paint ""flips"" the color when viewed from different angles (in this painting I used iridescent purple paint). The pinks range from pale blush to deeper rose infusing the piece with a warm inviting glow while the purples introduce cooler lavender and mauve tones adding a sense of calm and introspection. These hues are interwoven with soft grays and hints of white which create a misty ethereal quality enhancing the painting’s dreamlike atmosphere. Occasional accents of deep red and touches of yellow peek through adding warmth and a subtle vibrancy that keeps the composition dynamic and engaging. ""Somewhere in Between Pink and Purple"" by Nestor Toro is more than a painting—it’s an opportunity to own a piece that embodies the beauty of transition and balance through abstract artistry. Ideal for a cozy living space a modern office or a curated gallery wall this piece promises to spark conversation and inspire quiet reflection. :: Type: Painting Medium: Acrylic Style: Abstract Expressionism Subject: Landscape Width: 18.0 Height: 24.0 Depth: 0.7 Weight: 4 lbs Framed: no :: All art on Zatista is original and signed.
