This is the iconic functioning Quick Mill OMRE Monza electric slicer (Model 0750), a classic example of Italian mid-century modern design produced between the 1960s and the 1980s. Thanks to the white knurled knob you can achieve millimetric adjustment of the slice thickness, and the feet ensure stability during cutting. It is a typical Space Age piece, difficult to find, especially in excellent condition like the one presented here. It can be used as needed: in the kitchen or as a piece of mid-century modern décor, also highly sought after by interior designers.
