ice silver "Egyptian Revival" Art Deco brooch. Distinctive design! Marked: unclear and tested for silver! N.B. The "Egyptian Art Deco Revival" refers to the revival of Egyptian motifs in design during the Art Deco period, especially in the twenties and thirties. This revival was sparked by the discovery of Tutankhamun's tomb in 1922, which rekindled interest in ancient Egypt and its artistic styles. ** View also my other advertisements!
