Limited edition of 500, complete with two signed typewritten letters from the author to sports journalist Lance Tingay. With the ownership inscription of Lance Tingay to the front endpaper. Bound in the publisher's cloth in an unclipped dust wrapper. The wrapper is faded to the spine, and there are some light marks and blemishes to the panels, with some abrasions and shelfwear to the rear joint. There is just light bumping at the spine ends and corners. The book itself is bright, with some bumping to the corners and the spine ends, and dust wear to the lower corner of the front board. The binding is tight and leaves bright and smart.
