Side table - Mahogany - Lamp - H: 65 cm

It is a mahogany nightstand from the 19th century, clearly in the Empire style, where classical solidity and sober elegance combine with a very balanced sense of proportion. The round top, polished and in warm tones, shows the deep grain of the mahogany, a wood highly valued in prestigious furniture of the period. The carved apron, with its flutes and small decorative motifs, introduces that neoclassical language characteristic of the Empire: order, symmetry, and restrained yet present ornament. The central shaft, robust and with a monumental profile, recalls classical columns reinterpreted by period cabinetmakers, while the three curved feet, decorated with stylized vegetal motifs, provide stability and a sculptural air that reinforces its imperial identity. Overall, it is an Empire mahogany nightstand, elegant, well-proportioned, and with the distinguished presence that defines furniture from the first third of the 19th century. A piece that combines functionality and nobility, perfect for an interior that values history and craftsmanship. Insured shipping and careful packaging.
