Shinrai - Kitchen knife - 7-piece professional handmade...

Shinrai - 7-piece professional handmade kitchen knife set. Seven razor-sharp Japanese knives The Damascus Print Series knife set consists of a Chef's Knife (20 cm), a Santoku knife (18 cm), a Slicing knife (20 cm), a Bread knife (20 cm), a Utility knife (13 cm), a small Santoku knife (12 cm) and a Peeling/paring knife (9 cm). As you can see, it is a very comprehensive set, allowing you to cut all ingredients. The biggest advantage of this set, like every other Shinrai Japan set, are the razor-sharp blades. Nothing is more annoying than a dull knife, where the food sticks and even your fingers aren’t safe. With this razor-sharp Shinrai knife set, a dull knife is a thing of the past. The handcrafted high-carbon steel blade flows into a pakkah wood handle. Handmade down to the last detail Because the knives are handmade, attention can be paid to every detail each time. This gives you the best quality Japanese knives. The handles are made from high-quality Pakka wood. This is a type of hardwood with a distinctive dark texture. This creates the perfect grip. A second advantage of the blade is the tang. It does not extend fully to the edge of the blade, but it clearly separates the handle from the blade. This provides extra safety while cutting, which is nice to have! It is not recommended to put these knives in the dishwasher.
