Secrétaire - Wood - Art Deco

Deco Secretary in Walnut and Walnut Burl from the 1930s Elegant Art Deco secretary dating from the 1930s, crafted in walnut wood and enhanced by wide surfaces in walnut burl with characteristic natural grains. The structure features solid forms and rounded lines, with a lower section comprising four wide drawers, fitted with shaped handles and central locks. The upper section is closed by two central doors flanked by curved side elements veneered in burl, creating a pleasant interplay of tones and grain patterns. Opening the doors reveals a well-organized interior, complete with compartments, shelves, and two small drawers, designed to store documents and objects. The light-colored knobs on the upper doors create a refined contrast with the warm wood tones, while the small spherical feet complete the piece. A substantial and functional furniture piece, representative of the Art Deco taste of the 1930s and ideal for study rooms, living rooms, or spaces furnished with period furniture. Dimensions: Height: 155 cm Width: 88 cm Depth: 48 cm Code: RZK5842 * For deliveries to territories classified as ISLANDS, a surcharge on shipping costs applies.
