Such three-sided bronze arrowheads were the primary weapon of Scythian horse archers, who struck terror into the armies of the ancient world. The three-lobed, socketed design is a classic example of Scythian weaponry, designed for maximum impact. The tip is made of ancient bronze and has retained its original form.
