Sculpture

An striking and expressive Art Glass sculpture in the shape of a stylized female profile, made in a bold combination of clear and colored glass. The face is constructed from flowing layers in turquoise, amber, blue, and green, with light refracting through the glass differently each time. The intensely cobalt-blue hairstyle forms a strong contrast with the warm face and is finished with black, raised glass lines that add extra depth and movement to the sculpture. Particularly striking are the three-dimensional details: the green eye, the deep-red lips, the large golden-yellow spiral-shaped earring, and the decorative neck finish with a red accent. From every viewing angle the object visibly changes and different color bands, reflections, and glass details come to the fore. Due to its pronounced design, this is not a subtle decorative object, but a true statement piece. The sculpture sits particularly well in a modern interior, gallery, reception area, or collection of contemporary glass art. The combination of bold colors, transparency, shine, and sculptural form gives the work a luxurious and artistic appearance. The various photos are part of the description and show the object from all around and in detail. The object is carefully and professionally packaged, with special care for the delicate glass parts. Shipping is possible; pickup by appointment is also possible.
