Santicri Mixed media Dimensions: 90x50x15 cm The artwork is accompanied by a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity Unique Work This artwork arises from a simple tension: what happens when a historical image ceases to be untouchable? The classical painting is “opened,” traversed by a faucet that does not add but subtracts. It is not a decorative gesture: it is a cut in time. The image no longer remains still, but transforms into a flow. The drop is not just matter; it is memory slipping away. The past does not disappear, but changes state: from icon to liquid. The work does not pit ancient against contemporary. It forces them to coexist in the same point, in the same instant. It is not a quotation; it is a transformation. The artwork will be shipped with insurance and carefully boxed. The drop is shipped separately from the faucet, to be screwed onto the faucet (by hand), thereby ensuring a safer shipment. The canvas work (350 g) is mounted on a wooden frame, the faucet is iron, the drop is resin with an iron core, frame not included. INSURED SHIPMENT! The package is carefully packed, The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, immediately ranking after icons like Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive context that includes other categories of excellence, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier and Pokémon. A talent recognized not only for its creative value but also as one of the most promising investments of the year. Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist pursued a path that, between studies in surveying and architecture, led him to collaborate with a resin-sculpture craftsman. There arose the increasingly strong need to find himself and unleash his creativity. His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe. His art is widely appreciated and cannot be missing among collectors of street art, pop art, and contemporary art paintings and sculptures.
