Toutes les enchères / Art Contemporain / saname (1980) - Trace n°2603
"Trace n°2603" Original painting by Saname in very large format Acrylic paint and spray on high-quality cotton canvas 107 x 107 cm (canvas sold without frame, delivered rolled). On frame: 100 x 100 cm Gallery value: €1100 The canvas is varnished and sold with a certificate of authenticity Carefully packaged with insurance. Result is more beautiful and appreciable in reality than in the photo, impact guaranteed! This piece asserts itself as a burst of visual voice, a gesture that does not seek discretion but affirmation. The letters, swollen with volume and stretched curves, seem to rise from the wall like living shapes: they are not written, they advance, they occupy space with an almost muscular assurance. The palette, saturated and joyfully conflicting, plays a central role. The acid greens, burning pinks, solar oranges and deep purples do not coexist: they clash, creating a chromatic vibration that gives the whole an almost sonic energy. There is a sense of hearing the graffiti as much as seeing it. The background, lined with drips and gradients, acts like a moving scene: it recalls the ephemeral and raw character of the support, while amplifying the dynamics of the shapes. Nothing is fixed: everything slides, pulses, breathes. What strikes most is the mastery of volume. The artist plays with shadows, edges, reversals of perspective to turn a simple word into a sculptural object, almost a urban totem. The graffiti becomes here a miniature architecture, a fragment of reinvented city. In the end, the work achieves what few pieces manage: to be at once spectacular and coherent, explosive yet restrained, instinctive yet technically flawless. A celebration of the letter as material, as energy, as presence. A discreet artist, Saname, is on the rise!!!!
