Charming vintage Italian set of two decorative figurines in 925 silver laminate (Laminato AG / Laminato Argento technique). The set consists of: Singing Angel signed “Romar” – a sweet figure playing a stringed instrument (with gold-tone accents on the instrument). Approx. 4 × 3.5 × 8 cm, 76 g. Gnome (hallmarked) – classic bearded gnome with pointed hat, holding a sack/staff. Approx. 5 × 5 × 11 cm, 114 g. Total weight of the set: 190 grams. Both pieces are made using the traditional Italian Laminato AG method: a thick layer of 925 silver applied over a weighted core (typically resin or composite). This technique was popular among Italian workshops (including makers associated with Laminato AG and Romar Preziosi d’Arte / Romar Argenti) and produces a bright, highly reflective finish with good detail. Production period: Circa 1970s–1990s (typical for this style of Italian silver-laminated decorative figurines). Condition: Good vintage condition with natural age-related patina, light surface wear and spots consistent with age. The reflective silver finish remains attractive.
