A highly attractive 1971 US stereo reissue of England's Newest Hit Makers, issued on London Records under catalogue number PS 375. This particular copy represents the Philips pressing variation, identifiable by a number of distinctive label and sleeve details that set it apart from other US releases of this title. The labels use "side one" and "side two" indicators and carry the wording "Unauthorized Public Performance, Broadcasting And Copying Of This Recording Prohibited" along the bottom, with credits and track timings grouped within a single set of parentheses. Unlike some other US variations, these labels do not show "Made In U.S.A." or a production credit. The jacket carries the period stereo conversion wording "Stereo Electronically Re-Processed" on the front, while the rear states "Electronically Re-Processed For Stereo From a Performance Originally Recorded Monaurally." A particularly appealing feature of this copy is that the original shrink wrap is still partially intact, giving the sleeve a very attractive and well-preserved appearance. The record is also complete with the original Queens Litho printed inner sleeve. ⸻ Sleeve (VG+): A very nice example overall, with the original shrink wrap still partially present. The exposed areas show some normal light age and handling wear, but nothing particularly distracting, grading VG+ → VG+ Inner Sleeve: Original Queens Litho printed inner sleeve included.
