Rolex - Oyster Perpetual - Ref. 6590 - Men - 1954

Rolex Oyster Perpetual Ref.6590, with serial 167XXX (located between the lugs) dating it to 1954. Oyster case in rose gold of about 34 mm in diameter (excluding crown), with helicoid lugs and a signed screw-down case back. Original dial with a distinctive patina of time, slightly tropical, which gives it an irresistible vintage charm, applied gold indices and Dauphine hands typical of the model. Screw-down crown with logo, original era gold bracelet and buckle marked Rolex. Total weight of the watch: 49.6 grams. Automatic Rolex Cal.1030 movement (butterfly rotor) in good working condition. Although this reference is not normally found (though it is more highly valued) in the list of references commonly called "Bombay", the presence of the helicoid lugs sometimes associates it with this particular model. Iconic Rolex timepiece, completely original and in truly excellent preserved condition. Does not include original box and papers. Shipped via tracked and insured express courier.
