This sculptural piece is distinguished by its oval body, its long, slender spout, and its large curved handle. It is covered with a superb flame-flashed glaze in tones of brown, copper, ochre, blue and green, forming vertical runs and iridescent effects characteristic of Roger Guérin’s artistic stonewares. Signature “Roger Guérin” incised under the base, accompanied by a model number.
