Toutes les enchères / Céramique / Richard Ginori - Vase - Fine glazed ceramic
Richard-Ginori large vintage cachepot in glazed earthenware, elegant Italian geometric design, 1950s Fascinating Richard-Ginori cachepot of substantial proportions, made in Italy and characterized by a warm glaze in ochre, amber, and brown tones. The surface is etched with a refined reticulated geometric motif, giving the piece a strong decorative presence and a pleasing modernist character. The contrast between the bright exterior and the dark brown interior particularly highlights the slightly flared shape. The richness of the glaze variations and the surface finish make every angle visually interesting. Under the base is the characteristic green Richard-Ginori mark with Saint Christopher and the inscription Fabbricato in Italia, a mark documented for production at the Milan San Cristoforo factory. A substantial specimen, weighing about 1.07 kg. Height 14 cm, top diameter about 16 cm and base diameter about 13 cm. An interesting object from Richard-Ginori’s twentieth-century Italian ceramic production, ideal both for a ceramics collection and as a decorative element. Tracked shipping and careful packaging; low-cost couriers will not be used.
