Toutes les enchères / Autres / RICHARD GINORI - Table service for 12 (52) - Porcelain - Raro - elegance
Important and refined table service by Richard Ginori, model “Impero,” one of the most iconic historical designs from the prestigious Florentine manufacturer Richard Ginori. Complete for 12 people (52 pieces in total) The Impero model represents one of the classic lines of Ginori’s XX-century production and is distinguished by its elegant, harmonious shapes with neoclassical inspiration, embellished with a delicate edge in fine gold that enhances the purity of the white porcelain. Founded in 1735 by Marquis Carlo Ginori, the Ginori manufactory is considered one of the absolute excellences of European porcelain, often compared with the great historic houses such as Meissen, Sèvres, and Royal Copenhagen. The Impero model, together with the historic Colonna and Vecchio Ginori models, represents one of the pillars of Italian tableware tradition and of high-porcelain production destined for great residences and elegant dining. Thanks to its sober yet extremely refined design, this model remains among the most appreciated and collected services in Ginori’s output today. ⸻ Composition of the service • 12 antipasto / dessert plates • 12 soup plates • 23 dinner plates • 1 gravy boat with saucer • 3 oval serving plates (medium, large, extra large) • 1 pedestal cake stand (ideal for fruit, desserts or table presentations) Very rich and scenographic service. ⸻ Brand On the bottom of the pieces is the Richard Ginori mark with a red stamp “Decorazione eseguita da Richard Ginori,” typical of mid-20th-century productions. ⸻ Condition The service presents in good overall condition, with normal signs of age and slight wear of the gold edge in some spots, compatible with age and use. The porcelain appears intact and well preserved. ⸻ Collectibility The Impero model is one of Ginori’s most representative services in history and continues to be highly sought after for: • timeless classic elegance • very high porcelain quality • historical importance in Ginori’s manufacture • great versatility in contemporary elegant table settings A complete service that represents an authentic piece of Italian porcelain tradition. ⸻ Hashtag #RichardGinori #Ginori1735 #ImperoGinori #PorcellanaItaliana #VintagePorcelain #FinePorcelain #ItalianDesign #LuxuryTableware #ServizioDaTavola #PorcelainCollection #AntiqueTableware #CollectorsItem #GoldRimPorcelain #ItalianPorcelain #ClassicTable #Collezionismo #TableSetting #HistoricPorcelain #GinoriCollection #VintageTableware
