Retaux Bruno (1947) - Vue du Maroc

Exceptional for sale: oil on panel measuring 33 x 41 cm (already large for a painter accustomed to small formats); it is signed bottom right, B Retaux. It depicts, as is often the case with the well-known painter who was a friend of many Orientalist painters, an Orientalist view toward Marrakech. Framed in a modern frame, included as a gift with the artwork. Sold by the painter's daughter, therefore authenticity guaranteed!
