Golden onyx cameo pendant with diamonds – yellow gold and white gold Special oval cameo pendant, made of yellow gold and white gold, featuring a blue-white cameo on a dark onyx background and set with diamonds. Description The pendant has an oval design with a cameo at the center depicting a profile portrait of a woman. The figure is rendered in light blue and white hues, with refined details in the flowing hair, floral decoration and facial features. The dark onyx background creates a strong contrast with the light relief. The cameo is framed by a smooth yellow gold setting.
