Known by collectors as the hour glass due to its pronounced flared case shape, this unique reference from Patek Philippe has become highly coveted by collectors and enthusiast alike. With only around 1,000 examples in total produced in its 20 year production, dating from the mid 1940s to the mid 1960s, this example is particularly rare, with only around 250 examples known to have been made in rose gold. All our watches have undergone a thorough inspection of accuracy and functionality and are authenticated by our specialist watch makers.
