PALLASITE Meteorite

In this lot we auction a beautiful complete specimen of Sericho, a pallasite-type meteorite (iron-olivine-rich), first discovered in Kenya in 2016. It is a "skeleton" meteorite in which the metallic zones and the olivines are clearly differentiated. Ideal for lovers of complete pieces with natural sculptural shapes. "Pallasites" are very rare meteorites in which olivines are embedded in a metallic matrix. They originate from the mantle of large asteroids, and represent only around 2% of known meteorites. A fantastic specimen to add to your collection. Do not miss this opportunity, as it is one of the few on sale that can be seen of this quality. We are members of the leading international associations related to meteorites, so we guarantee for life the authenticity of all our meteorites and jewelry made from this material. Buy with guarantees. - Members of IMCA with number #7412 (International Meteorite Collectors Association) - Members of GMA with number #G0095 (Global Meteorites Association) - Members of The Meteoritical Society with number #6667 Best regards and our best wishes.
