Paleolithic Flint Large Paleolithic chopping tool

Large Paleolithic chopping tool from the famous Wiméreux site (Pointe-aux-Oies) which was already discovered in 1967 in the north of France. The choppers from this site are made from generally fairly large flint nodules found there. Dimensions 108 x 95 mm They are associated with an early Homo erectus, and Wiméreux is probably the northernmost find site of this industry.
