Paco Guzmán (1970 ) - Paisaje Neolítico - No Reserve

Oil-on-canvas painting with dimensions 80x56 cm; the work has 6 cm of canvas excess on all sides to avoid problems when stretching it on the frame. The work ships with a certificate of authenticity. For security, the piece is sent inside a rigid waterproof cardboard tube with caps. The painting stands out for its vertical composition, divided into two main sections by a series of color bands. These bands, alternating ochre, pink, blue, and green tones, create a visual rhythm that evokes the passage of time and the layers of history. "Neolithic Landscape" is not just a visual representation of a past era. It is an invitation to reflect on our roots, our connection with the earth, and the universality of art as a form of expression. This piece is ideal for collectors interested in prehistoric art, Naïve art, or contemporary art with historical awareness. Paco Guzmán is an eclectic artist with a long career behind him. Paco Guzmán, born in 1970 in Ulldecona, Tarragona, is a Spanish graphic artist, painter, and caricaturist. From an early age, he showed notable drawing ability, creating portraits of his teachers and classmates. Although he initially took an interest in comics, he soon leaned toward impressionist painting and caricature. In 1992, he began his artistic path as a self-t-taught painter, focusing on classical motifs such as still lifes. Subsequently, he took a correspondence course in artistic drawing, balancing his studies with work at a furniture factory. His passion for art led him to devote himself fully to painting and caricature, creating caricatures of friends and tourists, which allowed him to perfect his technique. Between 1997 and 2002, he studied at Esardi School in Amposta, in collaboration with the Llotja de Barcelona, specializing in painting techniques and mural painting. During this period, he left his factory job to focus on his artistic studies, supporting himself through occasional work and his street art. Throughout his career, Guzmán has developed an eclectic style, combining contemporary painting with caricature. He has published the book "901 Caricaturas," which gathers more than one hundred caricatures of famous people, made with various techniques such as acrylic on canvas, digital painting, oil on canvas, and graphite on paper. He has also participated in exhibitions such as "Anatomia de les ànimes i visions caricaturesques" at the Espai Expositor DelArt of Deltebre, where he presented works created during the lockdown, reflecting an evolution in his technique and creativity.
