The translucent olive frame surrounds a broad shield-style lens with a warm brown gradient appearance. A flowing brow line and large, open geometric gold-tone temple sections give this model its distinctive sculptural character. French designer Philippe Chevallier began his career in jewellery before designing bold eyewear for fashion houses including Lanvin and Pierre Cardin. He established his own brand in 1968 and became known for unconventional silhouettes and frames sculpted by hand. Brando Eyewear revived the brand in 2017, working with Chevallier’s original archives, drawings and prototypes. The MASK collection continues this vintage design heritage through modern interpretations. This pair belongs to the revival collection rather than being an original 1960s or 1970s production.
