Story & Heritage Oebra is one of the many lesser-known Swiss watch names that form an interesting part of mid-20th-century Swiss horological history. Watches such as this were produced during an era when mechanical watchmaking was at the heart of everyday timekeeping and Swiss manufacturers competed through movement quality, reliability and increasingly refined design. This example embodies the classic aesthetic of the 1960s: restrained proportions, a clean sunburst dial, applied indexes and a warm gold-plated case. The 25-jewel automatic movement and Incabloc shock-protection system are particularly characteristic of the period, when such technical specifications were proudly displayed on the dial as signs of mechanical quality. Today, the watch offers an attractive combination of genuine vintage character, traditional Swiss automatic mechanics and the elegant simplicity associated with 1960s watch design. A charming vintage Swiss automatic watch for collectors who appreciate lesser-known manufacturers and classic mid-century styling. Internal Reference Number - FLO-165
