The antique Art Nouveau brooch is worked in 935 silver and is also stamped as such, and it bears the Laurin-SCHMUCKPforzheim signet from the period around 1915/20. Additionally, the elegant brooch is gilded in a delicate gold tone. The floral-styled brooch features a central faceted citrine in carré cut, held by prong settings. The central gemstone is surrounded by a floral decorative frame, which is further adorned with four small round faceted rock crystals. This is followed by relief-style leaf elements. On the back there is a long pin with a safety clasp. Length of the brooch: approx. 5.5 cm, width: approx. 1.3 cm Citrine approx. 7 mm x 7.5 mm = approx. 2.5 ct. Very nicely preserved goldsmith’s work from the period around 1915/20 in a rare signed version, and thus a dating. Shipping is done in a new jewelry case / jewelry pouch.
