ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where names replace talent and where industrial production replaces hand-made work, ARTIS Art Gallery commits to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence. Our mission is simple yet radical: restore the nobility to the act of authentic creation. Our commitment: genuine art, with brave, and above all, hardworking artists. We travel across Asia in search of true talents, artists whose work is not reduced to a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria: 100% Handmade: Each work results from meticulous artisanal work, where the artist’s hand is the sole driving force of creation. Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, subcontracting, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique artwork, designed and executed by the artist themselves. The signature as commitment: every work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not a mere formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the guarantee that the artist fully owns their work, from the initial sketch to the finish. We reject signatures on the plate (printed signature); only hand-signed by the artist are accepted, otherwise we refuse the works. Against “Art Marketing” We firmly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a “decorative” piece mass-produced, with no real involvement by the artist, is like purchasing a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as the marketing runs dry. We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of the work. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and pours their soul into their work is the one who will leave a lasting imprint. If we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, deepen in meaning, emotion, and value, whereas purely promotional products fade away. Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery? By choosing a work with us, you do not merely acquire an object of Art. You support: 1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity. 2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was made. A true guarantee of obtaining a piece created by the artist themselves, not crude subcontracting, under the pretext that the artist is already known in the art world. 3. Long-term investment: You invest in artistic reality rather than in marketing illusion. 4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was made. A true guarantee of acquiring a piece made by the artist themselves, and not cheap subcontracting, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent. Enter a collection where every work tells a real story. Yours begins here with the acquisition, now, of this work selected by ARTIS Art Gallery. Contact us: artisartgallery.assistant@gmail.com Artist biography: Nguyễn Việt Lâm (Vietnamese painter – Oil painting) Nguyễn Việt Lâm (born 1993) Harmony between Pop Art and Abstract Expressionism Nguyễn Việt Lâm is a rising figure in Vietnam’s contemporary art scene. Belonging to the 1990s generation, he embodies a new creative impulse that fuses traditional technical heritage with a modern, urban sensibility. Education and Training Originating from Vietnam, Lâm developed a rigorous mastery of oil painting early on. Trained in an environment where technical discipline is paramount, he managed to detach from it to explore a more instinctive path. His birth year, 1993, places him at the crossroads of Vietnam’s cultural opening, influencing his taste for globally iconic figures revisited through a local and personal prism. Style and Artistic Vision Nguyễn Việt Lâm’s work is distinguished by an expressive and textured approach to oil painting. His works are not merely portraits; they are explorations of matter. • Knife and Impasto Technique: Lâm uses thick layers of paint (impasto), creating a nearly sculptural relief on the canvas. Each brush or knife stroke brings raw energy and a dynamic sense of movement. • Color Palette: He favors vibrant and contrasting colors. Deep blues, bright reds, and solar yellows are often present, sometimes enhanced with touches of gold that recall the influence of traditional Asian art in a modern context. • Favored Subjects: The artist is particularly recognized for his Mickey Mouse series. By deconstructing this universal figure of entertainment, he transforms it into a subject of artistic reflection, blending childhood nostalgia with adult emotional complexity. Emotion through Material Unlike traditional, smooth, industrial Pop Art, Lâm’s style is decidedly human and imperfect. His backgrounds are treated as abstract landscapes where colors layer, flow, and clash, revealing the artist’s physical trace. “At least for me, painting is a dialogue between the iconic structure and the chaos of emotion.” Recognition Today, Nguyễn Việt Lâm’s works are prized by collectors seeking a fusion between sophisticated Street Art and classical oil painting. His “Pop-Expressionist” style brings bold modernity to contemporary interiors while preserving the nobility of the traditional medium. Key information: • Nationality: Vietnamese • Specialty: Oil painting on canvas • Movement: Contemporary Pop Art / Abstract Expressionism • Themes: Popular icons, geometric abstraction, urban energy.
