VPH 15 in an unused block of four with a scarce oil-pressure variety (not listed in the NVPH catalog). Small note Henk Vleeming: "Block of four and perforation genuine, gum original with heavy sticky residues. No defects. 1 cent green with oil-based ink only known for A-perforation", dated 18-07-2024. In the last photo the oil-pressure is clearly visible in the light, seen from the front of the block. See the scans. Registered shipping PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new PPWR regulation—which came into effect on August 12, 2026, and entails significant and far-reaching changes for businesses regarding shipments within the EU—I am suspending shipments to EU countries other than the Netherlands. Local pickup remains available at all times. I am still shipping to countries outside the EU for the time being. My apologies for the inconvenience.
