Neisson 2016 Velier - Cuvée Chai Vevert (#2) - Villa Paradisetto - b

This is the Neisson Cuvée Velier 2016 – Chai Vevert (#2), an AOC Martinique Rhum Vieux Agricole resulting from a collaboration between Neisson and Velier. It is a fascinating experimental edition: the same 2016 distillate was placed in ex-Bourbon casks and matured for four years in three different distillery warehouses to study the impact of temperature and humidity on the aging process. Chai Vevert #2 matured at an average temperature of 25.5°C and 82% humidity.
