Nakamichi - BX-1 2-Head Stereo Audio-cassette deck

The Nakamichi BX-1 is a high-quality 2-head analog cassette deck that was produced in Japan between 1982 and 1984. Although it was released at the time as the legendary manufacturer's entry-level model, the BX-1 performs at the level of much more expensive decks from that time thanks to Nakamichi's superior audio technology. Key specifications Heads: 2 heads (1x combined recording/playing head, 1x erasing head). Motors: 3 motors (1x capstan, 1x rinsing, 1x cam/steering). Frequency range: 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz (when using Metal/Type IV tapes). Noise cancellation: Dolby B. Tape support: Manual selection for Type I (Normal), Type II (CrO2/Chrome) and Type IV (Metal).
