In the series “Transparencies” we explore not so much a closed form as a place of encounter. We work with layers that intersect, brush against each other, and transform within themselves, where color ceases to be a fixed identity and becomes something alive, unstable, deeply relational. What appears is not the sum of isolated elements, but what happens in that intermediate space, almost invisible, where everything blends and redefines itself. Transparency here is not a simple visual effect, but a way of being and of thinking about the world. Nothing remains intact: each plane changes the other and is, in turn, changed. We are interested in that moment when things stop being what they were to become something else, that place where identity becomes permeable, open, in constant transformation. From there, the work also speaks about us. About how we construct ourselves in relation to others, about how we are never completely sharp nor completely opaque. We are layers, crossovers, affections that intertwine. We cross through each other, let ourselves be seen, hide, and change. And it is precisely in that shared, fragile, evolving space where something more honest appears: a way of being that is not fixed, but is continually constructed in the encounter. About MUMA: MUMA is an artistic duo formed by a Generalist 3D Designer and a Historian of Art, both trained at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid. Their artistic practice centers on the plastic arts, with special interest in color, movement, and the dynamism of forms, as well as in variations of the environment. Their work is conceived to integrate into space and establish a direct dialogue with routine and human experience, exploring a vital vision linked to the ideals of impressionism, such as the relationship with nature, color, and changing atmospheres. MUMA is connected to the professional world of digital and plastic arts in Madrid, with participation in competitions. About preparation, packaging, and shipment of the artwork: The work is hand-signed by the artistic duo and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity also signed by them. The canvas, rolled, is carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard tube and will be sent within a period of three business days after purchase Confirmation. The estimated delivery time will depend on the destination and the selected courier company.
