Montblanc - Meisterstück Classique - Pen

We are listing at auction a timeless classic of luxury writing: the Montblanc Meisterstück Classique ballpoint pen (model 164), rendered in the captivating and sought-after burgundy color variant with gold details. This iconic instrument combines the formal, rigorous elegance of the famous German maison with a warm, distinctive color, perfect to stand out with style in every professional or personal occasion. The body and cap are masterfully crafted in premium burgundy Montblanc resin, whose smooth, glossy surface creates a refined contrast with the solid gold-plated metal details. The aesthetic is defined by the classic elongated clip and the three gold rings at the base of the cap, of which the central one bears the sharp engraving of the brand. On the rounded top, the white six-pointed star stands out, the universal symbol of exquisite craftsmanship, while the upper ring of the clip bears the engraving of the individual serial number. Technically, the pen features a reliable twist-cap mechanism that engaged the feed with extreme smoothness. Photographs of the model disassembled confirm the complete cleanliness and integrity of the original internal structure. The conservation status of this specimen is to be considered good overall (used). In line with our usual and rigorous policy of total transparency, and as clearly evidenced in the macro detail image, there is a longitudinal crack/fracture in the resin near the cap clip. Despite this structural defect related to prior use, the pen maintains its overall aesthetic integrity, the closure, and the perfect functionality of the twist mechanism.
